Foundation and Normative Modeling in Neuroimaging

Foundation models have transformed AI by demonstrating that large-scale pre-training enables powerful transfer to downstream tasks. My research adapts this paradigm to neuroimaging, developing models trained on large cohorts that can effectively transfer to rare diseases and small clinical populations.
This work integrates large-scale pre-training, normative modeling frameworks, and multi-modal integration to create clinically impactful AI systems that improve patient care and advance neuroscience research.
